New reading levels and tool-tips!
As I’ve been working on these stories and reading them with my kids, I’m realizing that some of the content contains words that are unfamiliar with younger readers. After some thought I decided to begin adding a suggested reading level by age along with handy tool-tips over some of the harder to read words. This adds a significant amount of work for each story which involves identifying potentially troubling words, but then coding in the tool-tip. For now, only new stores will have these new features, but as I move forward I will go back and edit previous stories.
The next update that I am working on is making the voting system better, and by “better” I mean giving you the ability to vote on individual stories. As of now, you can only vote for a Post, not individual story, but that will be resolved very soon.
